Stefanie:  The second bullet is changed from what Ron presented by having the word "input" added in.  The current conclusion leaves out "standard financial information" as an exemption, which was the primary issue needing to be addressed by the committee.  If the bullet read "business exemptions" then standard financial information is included.  The conclusion as it reads currently is absolutely unacceptable to me.
