Summary of 2008 tax legislation and tax incentives now available
OLYMPIA, Wash., May 22, 2008 — The Department of Revenue has posted online a summary of tax-related legislation enacted during the 2008 and late 2007 legislative sessions.
It also has published an annual update of tax exemptions with expiration dates and reporting requirements.
The Department generates the tax summaries annually to help make businesses aware of changes to the state tax system.
