Traveling northbound on I-5: Take exit 105. Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Henderson Boulevard. Turn right onto East Bay Drive. Turn left at the stop light onto Plum Street. At the first stop light, turn right onto Union Avenue. The Capitol Plaza Building is at the end of Union Avenue on the right.
Traveling southbound on I-5: Take exit 105B. Keep right for the B exit. You will be on Plum Street. Go through the first stop light, then turn right onto Union Avenue. The Capitol Plaza Building is at the end of Union Avenue on the right.
