If your business:

  • Gross activity totaled less than $28,000,
  • Owes less than $2,000 retail sales tax,
    If you do not know the amount of retail sales tax due, take your taxable retail sales and multiply by the combined sales tax rate for your location. See Local Sales and Use Tax page.
