Automated Clearing House (ACH) Debit, and Electronic Filing (E-File) Users |

As an ACH debit user or E-filer, you can initiate your payment any time during the month and set a future date for payment. The transaction must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the date listed below. If the payment is not complete by 11:59 p.m., a penalty will be assessed.

Your bank may have its own guidelines for ACH transactions. ACH credit users are responsible for contacting their bank to ensure funds are deposited in the state's bank no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the payment due date listed below.

Penalties will be due if payments are not initiated or received on time. The funds must be deposited in the state's bank by the payment due dates listed below.
