What is the Manufactured/Mobile Home Park Registration Program?

A Manufactured/Mobile Home Community (Mobile Home Park) Registration is required of all manufactured and mobile home parks that offer 2 or more spaces (lots) in the park for rent or lease for year-round occupancy. Park owners are required to register and pay annual fees.

The fees support the Attorney General's Office who administer the Manufactured Housing Dispute Resolution Program and enforces the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act. The Business License Service registers manufactured/mobile home communities and collects the registration fees.
