From I-5 North and South - Take Exit 2 (SR 500) - go east four miles to traffic light at NE Thurston Way. Turn right, go approximately 1/8th mile to the traffic light at NE 4th Plain Boulevard. **Turn right, go west approximately 1/8th mile. Turn right into parking lot on south side of Vancouver Plaza. Office is at far (west) end of parking lot (behind WINCO Foods store).
