  The rates are updated quarterly.  You must update your rate information on the first day of the quarter to be considered properly using the technology.

A few Washington zip codes start with zero. These are valid zip codes for federal tribal areas. If the files are opened using Microsoft Excel, the leading zeros may not be displayed.
