Effective January 2004, the Enhanced Food Fish Excise Tax Return became an addendum to the Combined Excise Tax Return.
- If you E-File, the Fish Tax Addendum is located on the "Other & Quantity" page within the Fish Tax Worksheet.
- If you do not E-File, you will receive a Fish Tax Addendum with your tax return.
If you need to amend figures prior to the January 2004 return, use the 2003 and prior returns below. If you have questions regarding this change, contact us at (360) 902-7151. Please provide your UBI/tax registration number.
