Sales of extended warranties to Native Americans are subject to sales tax unless delivery of the agreement occurs in Indian Country. To qualify for the exemption for “on reservation” sales to Indians, the Indian buyer must take delivery of the warranty on the reservation of which he/she is an enrolled member. |
