Any intercounty or interstate utility company meeting the definitions of RCW 84.12.200 and doing business in Washington State on or prior to December 31, must file an annual report with the Department of Revenue on or before March 15th in the following year.
Private railcars must file an annual report with the Department of Revenue on or before May 1st.
