Q:  How can I find the names of corporate officers or full names of partners?
A: 

The Department does not maintain the names or information of corporate officers, directors, or registered agents. To obtain that information, contact the Corporations Division of the Office of the Secretary of State.

 

The Department does maintain the names of partners, although they are not available on our online database.
