The Department of Revenue is partnering with Sandstorm Design to conduct a usability study for our new Tax and Licensing system, My DOR. The goal of this usability study is to receive feedback from participants that will help us make improvements to My DOR.

The study will be conducted the week of March 27 in Olympia, Washington. If you received an email invitation from Sandstorm Design for this study and would like to participate, please follow the instructions included in the email.
