Permissions by Access Types
There are two types of access that you can grant a user for an online account:
- Administrator - Unlimited access that allows users to file a tax return, apply for a business license, pay, grant access for other users, and update business information.
- Account Manager - Restricted access to prepare (file) tax returns or license applications, and/or make payments.
Permissions for Tax accounts
- Administrator

- File or amend tax return.
- View tax return history.
- Set up a refund account.
- Apply for a tax credit.
- Apply for reseller permit.
- Close tax account.
- Manage users.
- Account Manager

- File or amend tax return.

Permissions for License accounts
- Administrator

- Apply for a business license.
- Renew a business license.
- Update a location address.
- Close a license account.
- Set up a refund account.
- Manage users.
- Update a mailing address.
- Account Manager
