Temporary registration certificate

If you are conducting temporary business and need a Temporary Registration Certificate, complete and submit the form below. We will respond to your email request within 2 business days. You cannot register for temporary events any earlier than 6 months (180 days) before the event’s scheduled date.

You will receive:

  • a confirmation message with your Unified Business Identifier (UBI)/Account ID via email.
  • your Temporary Registration Certificate by mail at the address provided below.
