automatically if the business meets 4

The business must have an open excise tax
account and an active filing frequency.

reseller permit within the previous five

and the business must also report income

that demonstrates their need for a
reseller permit.

This reporting may include reporting
income under the manufacturing,

and or retailing classifications.

these criteria,

then they must apply to renew their
reseller permit.

If your business's permit will not be
automatically renewed,

you will receive a notice to apply for a
new reseller permit approximately 90 days
