Objective

The Income Tax Advisory Workgroup, created under ESSB 6346 Section 712, is tasked with assisting the Department of Revenue in forming recommendations to address technical and equity issues that may arise during implementation and administration. The work group will prepare two required reports, a preliminary report in December 2026 and a final report in December 2027.
