1 Restrictive Ordinances

Planning and Development Services (PDS) staff has tracked changes to Snohomish County Code (SCC) with the intent of making them as time and resources allow. A staff-level outline of proposed changes to Chapter 4.28 SCC, including required changes listed above, is currently undergoing review by PDS management.

This code project proposal is a 2014 work program item for PDS anticipated for final adoption by the county council by July 2014.

 Pending Completion Yes. The Department will follow the progress of changes to the Snohomish County Code as it relates to the Current Use Program.
