Planning and Development Services staff provided a copy of ordinance 14-054, which amended sections of Chapter 4.28 Snohomish County Code (SCC) that were noted in the 2013 review.

In addition, the county amended other sections of SCC for outdated references and inconsistencies that had developed over time.

The Washington State Legislature may continue to amend the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) as it relates to open space and timber land. The Department encourages county staff to review the county code periodically to minimize conflicts with the RCW.
