Access your work voicemail messages by phone

  1. Dial your own phone number.
  2. When the message starts playing press *.
  3. You will hear, “enter your ID followed by #” (ID is the last 5 digits of your phone number). Enter those digits and #.
  4. Next you will hear, “enter your PIN followed by #” (the PIN is the password you previously set for your voice mail). Enter that password and #.
