Copy account access to additional user IDs

Revenue is launching Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on September 14. If multiple people use the same user ID and password to access My DOR at the same time, after September 14, this will not be allowed.

We are offering a 1-time automated service that will allow you to request your current account and associated access levels be copied to new user IDs in bulk.

How to request access for additional user IDs

  1. Each person who needs access to the account will need to create or have a SAW user ID. If it is new SAW user ID, they must log into My DOR, complete their profile, click the Get Started button, save their profile updates, and then log out.
  2. You will need to collect a list of all new user IDs and their associated email addresses and have it ready to enter into the request form. Remember this bulk copy service can only be used 1-time, so make sure you have all the user IDs you need. Otherwise, you will need to add access to these accounts one-by-one (as you do today.)
  3. Log into My DOR and click Get Started.
  4. Click the More Options tab.
  5. In the Access section, click Copy User ID Access.
  6. Review the information on the Attention page and click Next.
  7. Enter the user ID and email address of your first user. Select all of the accounts or check the specific accounts in the Copy Access? column that you want the user ID to have access to and click Next.
  8. If you need to request access for another user, click Yes and continue entering the user ID and email address for each additional user.
  9. After you complete adding users, enter your contact information including your name, phone number, and email address and click Next.
  10. Review the number of user IDs and contact information and click Submit.
  11. Review the Confirmation page and click OK. If you are an administrator, access will be copied within 2 business days. If you are an account manager, the account administrator must approve your request. The request will be processed within 30 days depending on when the Administrator reviews the request. If your request is denied you will be notified via web message.
