Starting October 1: Some business services are now subject to retail sales tax, as required by state law, ESSB 5814. When you buy these services, vendors should add sales tax to your bill. Department of Revenue offices temporarily closed to the public
Due to the recent pandemic surge, we are closed for in-person service until February 2022. However, we are ready to serve you remotely. Please visit our Contact Us page for options.
What to expect when you visit the office:
- Please complete an online health screening before visiting our office.
- Doors to all DOR buildings remain locked. When you arrive, please call the number listed on that location’s sign to notify them of your arrival.
- COVID safety protocols such as plexiglass shields, physical distancing in lobby areas, daily self-health assessment screenings, face coverings, and increased cleaning are in place to keep you and our employees healthy.
- Visitors are required to mask while inside Revenue facilities regardless of vaccine status.
- DOR staff are required to wear a mask while meeting with customers, regardless of vaccine status.
