Department of Revenue offices temporarily closed to the public

What to expect when you visit the office:

• Please complete an online health screening before visiting our office.
• Doors to all DOR buildings remain locked. When you arrive, please call the number listed on that location’s sign to notify them of your arrival.
• COVID safety protocols such as plexiglass shields, physical distancing in lobby areas, daily self-health assessment screenings, face coverings, and increased cleaning are in place to keep you and our employees healthy.
• Visitors are required to mask while inside Revenue facilities regardless of vaccine status.
• DOR staff are required to wear a mask while meeting with customers, regardless of vaccine status.
