Combined Excise Tax Return: Credits

You may qualify for a credit. Learn more about credits.

  1. Write the amount of your credit on the appropriate lines.
  2. If you qualify for the Small Business Business and Occupation (B&O) Tax Credit, write the amount in the Amount column.
  • Use the monthly, quarterly, or annual (pdf) Small Business B&O Tax Credit Table (depending on your assigned filing frequency) to determine the amount of credit.
  • This credit must not exceed your total B&O tax due on page 1.
  1. Total all credits and write the amount in the Total Credit box. Transfer this amount to the Credit box in the Totals section on page 1.
  2. Attach all supporting documents or schedules to the tax return.
