Business tax basics workshops

Attend a free in-person workshop or online webinar to learn about your Washington state tax reporting responsibilities. Topics include business & occupation (B&O) tax classifications, deductions, sales tax collection, and recordkeeping requirements. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about state taxes that apply specifically to your business.

If you are not able to attend a workshop or webinar but would still like to learn the basics of Washington state taxes, explore the following resources:
