Get help downloading & printing files

Printing files

To print a document or file, open it from your computer or from a link and click the printer icon within the document viewer, typically Acrobat or Word. You can also typically select "File," "Print" from the viewer drop-down menu.

File size and type

File size and type are listed for each file. Files over 200 KB in size list the estimated download time. Download times are calculated for a 28.8kbps dial-up modem rounded to the nearest minute. A 200 KB file will load in approximately one minute.

If you find any download times unacceptable or require an alternate format, look for a link to contact information on the page — or use Contact page. We will be happy to mail you a copy in an alternate format. Please note that some documents require a fee to be paid if printed by Department of Revenue.

High speed connection (broadband) users

Large files are provided for those with high speed or broadband connections who want to download large files as one rather than in smaller components. Your download time will be determined by your connection type and other variables.

Saving a file to your computer

  1. Right-click on the link to the file you want to save to your computer.
  2. Choose "Save Target As" (or "Save Link As" on a Macintosh).
  3. In the "Save As" screen, find the directory on your system where you want to store the document.
  4. Click on "Save."
