If you have access to multiple businesses or individuals, there are a few features that will help you quickly access your accounts and view returns, messages, and letters across your accounts in one view.
Web logons with more than 500 accounts
Web logons with more than 500 accounts need to follow these steps to access their complete account list.
- Access your complete account list
-
Web logons with more than 500 accounts will not see their complete account list on the All tab when they log into My DOR. This tab only displays your favorites and accounts you worked with in your current session.
Here is what you would see when you first log in and have no favorites.
How will I access all my accounts?
You need to use the green Get Started button when logging in to My DOR.
The Manage returns and Business (B&O), Excise, and Sales taxes links will not work correctly when you have over 500 accounts.
From the Logon page, All tab, use the Search Your Accounts button to view all of your accounts.
After clicking the Search Your Accounts button, the Search your accounts dialog box will display, showing a complete list of your accounts.
Use the Filter field to search the account you want to select, and press Enter on your keyboard.
Then, click the account name to select the account.
