Snohomish city endorsement

The city of Snohomish requires a license for all businesses located within city limits or conducting business within city limits. If you are not sure if you will do business within the city limits, check the city of Snohomish boundaries map or contact the city directly before you apply.

Before submitting your Business License Application, review Snohomish Municipal Code 14.207 to determine if your business activity is allowable within the zone your business will be located. If your business activity is allowable in the zone you are in, you must comply with the parking requirements listed in Snohomish Municipal Code 14.235. If you have any questions, contact the city directly before applying for your license.

Nonprofit businesses must be licensed. To qualify as a nonprofit, the business must comply with Snohomish Municipal Code 5.02.030.

The city of Snohomish requires some businesses, including mobile food vendors and solicitors/canvassers, to obtain a special license.
