Gig Harbor city endorsement

The city of Gig Harbor requires a license for all businesses located within city limits, or conducting business within city limits. If you are not sure if you will do business within the city limits, contact the city directly before you apply.

If you will have more than one business located on a single property, you must complete a separate application for each business.

As of August 24, 2015, Gig Harbor prohibits marijuana-related businesses. These types of business applications will not be considered by the city.

Note: Peddlers are those who go from place to place offering for sale goods, wares, merchandise or service of any type. Solicitors are those seeking to obtain gifts, donations or contributions of money, clothing, or other things of value.
