Senior citizens and people with disabilities exemption and deferred income thresholds

The exemption and deferral thresholds are posted for tax years 2027-2029. The thresholds were updated to meet the requirements in Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 6162. Any changes to income data prior to August 1, 2026 could require an adjustment to the published thresholds.
