Franklin County requires an endorsement for all businesses located within the unincorporated areas of the county, or traveling into or doing business within the unincorporated areas of the county. If you are not sure if you will do business within the unincorporated areas of the county, contact the county directly before you apply (unincorporated areas are not in the city limits of any city in the county).
If you will have more than one business located on a single property, you must complete a separate application for each business.
Endorsement fee is determined by square footage within the unincorporated areas of Franklin County.
