Rental businesses

Landlords that own one or more business or residential rental units located within the city need to obtain a business license. The license is only required for the main business location, not for each rental unit. For example, landlords owning two residential rental homes, a commercial building leased to multiple businesses, or a business renting storage units would only be required to obtain one business license.
