Vacation rental businesses

Landlords that offer vacation rental homes, which are considered a dwelling unit for which an owner receives or seeks payment for use or occupancy for a period of less than thirty consecutive days per rental period. For more information, see Stevenson Municipal Code 5.20, or contact the city directly.
Along with a Business License Application filed with the Department of Revenue, complete the Vacation Rental Packet and submit it to the city of Stevenson.
