Customers with multiple businesses

If you have access to multiple businesses, there are a few features that will help you quickly access your accounts and view returns, messages, and letters across your accounts in one view.

Coming soon: Web logons with more than 500 accounts

Changes are being made to improve system performance. Web logons with a high number of accounts should experience faster load times in My DOR.

What is changing?

Beginning Dec. 12th, web logons with more than 500 accounts will not see their complete account list on the All tab when they log into My DOR. This tab will only display your favorites and accounts you worked with in your current session.

Here is what you would see when you first log in and have no favorites.

How will I access all my accounts?

You need to use the green Get Started button when logging in to My DOR.

The Manage returns and Business (B&O), Excise, and Sales taxes links will not work correctly when you have over 500 accounts.
